To provide innovative pathways of opportunities for communities overlooked and underserved in the Greater Sacramento Region in the areas of  restorative justice, housing reform and health inequities making our communities a safe place to live, work and raise a family

Through these three areas, LULA will provide the needed guidance, focus and education to ensure progress and empowerment within these gaps in our communities.
